job boredom has become an increasingly relevant issue, especially in sectors like logistics, storage, transportation, and manufacturing. This research explores Mixed Reality as an innovative tool to mitigate job boredom by transforming work environments through gamification, interactive feedback, and virtual customizatio by addressing the core causes of job boredom found in literature:<\/p><ul><li>Monotony<\/li><li>Loneliness<\/li><li>Lack of interest and meaning<\/li><li>Idle times<\/li><li>Incoherent task diffuculty<\/li><\/ul><p>The hyphotized multidisciplinary approach integrates industrial design, psychology and information technology to develop immersive Mixed Reality interventions to be validated through quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including focus groups, UI usability tests, and cognitive load assessments conducted on
