Vr3lab staff is collaborating with Hevolab and Natuzzi for developing virtual spaces for evaluating style and interior Design in retail. We are running a user test of the use of Mixed reality in real retail shops. The results of the experiment proved with quantitative and qualitative data that the approach is successful in deliver a positive experience and a better understanding of the product configuration and the brand. A non-expected result is also the absence of cybersickness in all 50 unprepared and untrained clients. Test showed a probably different approach of the customer towards the virtual product experience.
